Healing Sexual Abuse: Sacred Energy, the Kundalini, & the Root Chakra

While working on the root chakra I stumbled upon activating my kundalini.

The first time my kundalini activated was after gaining the awareness about sexual energy.

Having been someone who was sexually abused as a child I wasn’t aware about how this energy can be syphoned until in the fall of 2021.

The sexual abuse happened during eight years of my childhood which ended when I was twelve. That was thirty-five years ago.

I healed from the emotional and mental trauma it caused while in my thirties, but it wasn’t until three years ago, I desired to do self-healing on my root chakra to see what would happen.

One of my major challenges in this life–for the longest time–was feeling ungrounded in this world.

If the root chakra is out of balance, it gives the sense of feeling unsafe, insecure, and unable to feel grounded.

When we experience sexual harm, I believe the root chakra is also affected. The body stores memories in the places where we were hurt — energectically.
